Bruce Saunkeah

A child of missionary parents, Bruce was introduced early in life to choral music. From 2000-2005, he sang in the Chancel Choirs of Eden Congregational United Church of Christ in Hayward, CA; of the First Congregational Church of Berkeley UCC in Berkeley CA; and was a member of the PSR Chorale at the Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley. Recently, he was a member of the Open Arms Choir at Church of the Open Arms in Oklahoma City, where he also sang with the ensemble Mixed Company.

He is currently a member of the Chancel Choir at Mayflower Congregational United Church of Christ. For nearly forty years he has performed with The BackRow, an a cappella sextet based in the metro area. Bruce manages The RINK Gallery Antique Mall in Bethany, which he established in 2006 with his late husband, Jeff Graves.
